Fixed term from 1 September 2022 to 21 July 2022 – 24 hours per week term time only with a potential for a blended role with additional hours as a Teaching Assistant 

Salary DMAT Grade 4 scp 5 FTE £19,846 (pro rata actual salary for 24 hours p/w term time only £11,140.17 or for the blended role 37 hours p/w term time only £17,174.42)

We are looking to appoint a diligent and highly professional Welfare and Administrative Assistant, who is caring and confident in working with young people, remains calm and is efficient at all times.

The successful candidate will:

• Be available to work 09:30-16:00pm Monday/Thursday/Friday, and 13:00-16:00 Tuesday/Wednesday, or for blended role 8:00am-16:00pm Monday to Friday term time only plus INSET days and major school events i.e. Open Evening and Sports Day;

• support the welfare officer in all medical reporting; please enquire about Teaching Assistant duties if interested in the blended role;

• work closely with general office team and students services, supporting internal and external communication with parents and staff and completing a variety of administrative duties.
