In my role as Director of Operations, I play a crucial role in supporting schools across all facets of operational efficiency and strategy. From contract negotiation and project management to investment planning and compliance, I specialise in significantly reducing staff workload while delivering value for money and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
My firm belief is that clearly defined operational goals, coupled with collaborative working and the cultivation of strong relationships—both within DMAT and with our external partners—are central to our collective success. These principles guide our efforts to enhance student opportunities through strategic investments in school facilities and by fostering a supportive environment for our colleagues. I am passionate about driving operational excellence and contributing to the overall success of our educational community.
