As the Director of Finance, I lead a dedicated and skilled finance team, driving them to ensure our academy and school leaders remain consistently financially compliant under my guidance. Holding an AAT Level Four Diploma in Professional Accounting, I bring a high level of expertise to my role.
A pivotal aspect of my responsibilities is to support our schools in maintaining accurate and sustainable budgets through meticulous planning and forecasting. By doing so, I enable school leaders to direct their crucial time and attention towards teaching and learning. Collaborating closely with our wider trust team, I work towards securing our schools the resources needed for strategic planning and investment in essential areas such as school infrastructure, staffing, and site developments. My commitment lies in fostering financial stability and empowerment within our educational community.
