Co-Headteacher - Durrington High School
As Head of School my principal role is to ensure the safety, progress, wellbeing and success of all students. With significant experience spanning areas of school leadership including progress & data, behaviour & wellbeing, compliance and SEN I work to develop the very best of our staff to become great leaders in their own right; this ensures each and every one of our students achieves their full potential. I also support the wider operation of the trust and leaders outside of Durrington High School through my specialist areas; leadership & decision making.
