Co-Headteacher - Durrington High School
I am very proud to be co-Headteacher of Durrington High School. Having joined the school in 2003 as an assistant year leader I have been promoted through many leadership roles before becoming co-headteacher in September 2022. My passion (and area of specialism) has always been in behaviour, SEND and inclusion. I have two decades of experience working in these (and other related areas), all with a focus on ensuring every child gets the support they need to be successful in their time in school. Outside of the school I have worked with the EEF on producing their Parental Engagement report, continue to lead on a number of cross-school local area groups and been a governor at a number of local schools. I also very proud to chair the trustees of a local charity for children with special educational needs.
