I’m an experienced HR professional with over a decade in people management and strategic HR practice. I hold CIPD Level 5 and Level 7 qualifications, which have given me a strong foundation to lead on complex HR challenges and deliver practical, people-focused solutions.
My career has been shaped by the public sector, and I’m passionate about making a positive impact in education. I believe HR should be forward-thinking and keep pace with modern trends, using data-led insights to drive decisions that improve staff wellbeing and organisational performance. A big part of my role is ensuring we keep our great people and attract more talented individuals who share our values and commitment to education.
As Head of HR for DMAT, I oversee all aspects of HR strategy, compliance, and workforce development across our schools. My approach is collaborative and transparent, with a focus on empowering leaders and creating fair, supportive environments where people can thrive.
