James is Co-Director of Durrington Research School, Assistant Headteacher and a PE teacher at Durrington High School. James has worked at Durrington High School for the last 11 years. He is also the line manager of PE and Performing Arts. James is the author of Making Every PE Lesson Count. Centred on six pedagogical principles—challenge, explanation, modelling, practice, feedback, and questioning.
