Human Resources Manager
I am delighted to have recently joined the Durrington MAT team as Human Resources Manager!
I bring to the role, my combined experience and knowledge of working in Human Resources for a local Primary and Secondary school, with 10 years working as a Solicitor with Employment Law as my specialism, and voluntary work as a School Governor.
Teachers and Associate school staff need to be part of a strong team, which helps to facilitate them to do the best job they can, in delivering an excellent education to the children in our Trust schools. I support the strategic development and operation of the Trust, by providing practical, tailored, HR solutions and advice, which support the Trust’s vision and values.
