We are constantly working to develop our capacity to host community activities on our site. Due to high demand we are seeking to grow our lettings team. The role of the lettings assistants is to ensure the site facilities are appropriately used, clean and secure at the end of each hiring; to liaise with hirers and the site team and ensure high quality of customer service; to report any damages/ defects.

A successful candidate will have the following qualities:

•             Experience of working successfully with the general public;

•             Excellent customer service;

•             Ability to work under pressure and excellent time management skills;

•             Emotional resilience in challenging situations, diplomacy and tact;
